With over seven years of experience at Affinity Law, Michaela has developed a strong expertise in managing essential legal and administrative functions. Specializing in the retrieval and organization of medical records, Michaela ensures the accurate collection of medical notes and records from doctors, hospitals, and clinics inducing reports from pharmacies, obtaining employment files, and corresponding with insurance companies and communicating with clients . Additionally, Michaela requests motor vehicle accident reports, OHIP subrogation reports and commutates with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) ensuring all documentation is processed and consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

In addition to handling medical and accident documentation, Michaela plays a key role in managing undertakings and financial processes, including the preparation and issuance of cheques. Michaela also contributes to the daily operations of the firm, assisting with mail distribution, fax management, and organizing the incoming flow of information to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
